Calling all Matoaka Artists! Yearbook Cover Contest Deadline is January 23! The Matoaka Yearbook Committee is taking Cover Artwork submissions until January 23, 2015! The contest will be open to ALL GRADES K-5th! The winning cover will be selected from the 5th grade entries and the back cover will be the 5th grade runner up. BUT a winner from each grade K-4th will have their artwork displayed in the yearbook! If interested please stop by Mrs. Henderson’s art room to pick up your MATOAKA YEARBOOK COVER CONTEST PACKAGE. This will include cover contest rules, 24lb drawing paper* and artwork cover protector. Please submit your artwork to Mrs. Henderson. Please do not write your name on the back of your drawing you may use a post it note or label the protector. Please make sure to include your name and grade. *Note: If you have your own drawing paper feel free to use that but we ask that you do not use lined notebook paper.
